A distributor serving warehouse and logistics customers in Southeast Asia was quoting several projects at the same time and wanted truck scales, floor scales and follow-up weighing equipment from one supply partner instead of placing separate orders per category.
We reviewed the capacities, platform sizes and site conditions behind the enquiry and combined a standard 30 t truck scale and a painted carbon steel floor scale into one coordinated supply, with a forklift scale and a weighing indicator offered for the distributor’s follow-up requests. Documents and packing information were prepared per order so the distributor could quote, deliver and hand over the packages locally.

A distributor in Southeast Asia was quoting several warehouse and logistics projects in the same period and needed truck scales and floor scales from one supply partner rather than one order per category. The distributor also wanted a forklift scale and a weighing indicator it could offer to the same customers for follow-up requests.
Work Process
We reviewed the capacities, platform sizes and site conditions behind the enquiry and proposed an NW-TS-30 truck scale and an NW-FS-2000 floor scale as the two main categories. Both categories were combined into one coordinated supply with a single configuration and packing set, and the forklift scale and weighing indicator were quoted as follow-up items for the distributor's own catalog.
Responsibility Split
Novoweigh arranged the supply of the weighing equipment and prepared the configuration documents and packing lists. The distributor handled local delivery, installation and first-line service for its own customers. The end customers prepared the site works at each location, such as foundations or pit work, and took delivery at the site.

Verification
Platform size and capacity for each site were checked against the layout information supplied with the enquiry before the order was released. Configuration sheets and packing lists were confirmed per order before shipment, and the distributor checked quantities and condition on arrival.
Results
Both categories were delivered as one coordinated supply, so the distributor could quote and hand over a complete weighing package for the project instead of coordinating suppliers. The distributor followed up with enquiries for the forklift scale and weighing indicator.
