Weighing indicator with a 6-digit LED display, single or summed load cell input and RS232 output, supplied in a desktop or panel-mount enclosure.

The NW-IN-2000 is a weighing indicator that reads load cell signals and manages the weighing functions of a scale, including zero, tare, hold and totalising. It is offered in a desktop enclosure and a panel-mount enclosure, so the same electronics can sit on a bench, be built into a panel, or drive a floor scale or a small batching station.

Configuration covers how many load cells are summed, the capacity and division set at the factory on request, and the RS232 output used for a printer or a PC. The indicator defines the display and electrical side of the scale, so it is normally specified together with the load cells, junction box, cables and platform that will be connected to it.

Supply Scope

Standard Included
One NW-IN-2000 indicator in the chosen enclosure, power adapter, terminal covers and a printed quick-start manual. Load cells, cables and junction boxes are not included.
Optional Accessories
RS232 cable, remote display output cable, spare terminal blocks and a sunshade for bright locations. Optional items are quoted separately.
Separately Agreed Services
On request: factory setting of capacity, division and output format before dispatch, and remote support during commissioning. Site installation and wiring are carried out by others.

Functional Conditions

  • Weighing and totalising: Applies to static weighing on one platform or to the sum of several load cells. Confirm total capacity, division and the number of cells against the scale design before ordering.
  • Multi-cell summing: Works with a summing junction box connected to the cells. Verify the excitation voltage, cell output and total cable length remain compatible with the cells in use.
  • RS232 output: The serial output follows the protocol and baud rate saved in the indicator, so the printer or PC settings must be checked on site and the usable cable length confirmed.
