The NW-LC-SB is a stainless steel shear beam load cell for platform scales, hopper and process weighing. It comes in 500 kg, 1000 kg and 2000 kg rated capacities with a 2.0 mV/V output, sealed against washdown. It is usually fitted in sets of three or four under a platform, with one fixed and one floating mounting end per cell.
Because it is a component rather than a finished scale, the question is whether it fits the frame that is already there: the mounting kit, the direction of the beam, the cable entry and the way the platform is cleaned. When a cell is being replaced, the rated capacity, output, cable length and the indicator settings of the existing unit should be recorded first, so the replacement can be matched and the platform recalibrated afterwards.
